Ice Goalie headed to Nationals

"A standout lacrosse goaltender from Greater Sudbury, Douillette has again been named to the Team Ontario box lacrosse squad, this time at the midget level. The 16-year-old Macdonald-Cartier student will represent the province for a third and final time at the Canadian Lacrosse Association Minor Box Lacrosse National Championships, to be held in Coquitlam, B.C., Aug. 20-24."

Girls Ice head to Provincials

Our Intermediate girls' team travel to Whitby this past August 6-8 2019 to compete in the Ontario Lacrosse Association annual Provincials. After a hard battle throughout the weekend, our girls were successful. 

We would like to thank our dedicated coaches and team. 

Bantam Ice head to Manitoba

 The Bantam Boys Ice began their tournament play yesterday at the Riley Schau Memorial Tournament in Winnipeg.  

     Saturday morning the ICE team earned their first win against the Careberry Crushwheat.  The final was an 8-5 win for Thunder Bay. 

     James Flemming led our scoring with 4 goals, followed by Daniel Czerwinski contributing 3. 

    The next game, Thunder Bay Ice was defeated against the Winnipeg Gryphons. Being A rated team, the results showed.  Thunder Bay was unable to get much offense going and lost 9-1. Daniel Czerwinski scored the one goal.
